Sample Development
Based on your requirements, we develop initial samples for your approval. Sample fees may apply and will be refunded upon mass order confirmation.

Quotation & Contract
After sample approval, we provide a formal quotation and draft a sales contract outlining product details, pricing, payment terms, packaging, shipping method, and delivery schedule.

Payment & Production
Upon contract confirmation and receipt of deposit (typically 30%–50% advance payment), we begin mass production. During production, we provide progress updates and arrange for inspection or third-party quality checks as needed.

Quality Inspection & Packaging
All finished products undergo strict quality control before packaging. We offer custom packaging and labeling according to your brand requirements.

Shipping & Logistics
We handle the entire logistics process, including export customs clearance, documentation, and coordination with freight forwarders. We support sea freight, air freight, and rail transportation based on your timeline and budget.Upon shipment, we provide all shipping documents (bill of lading, packing list, commercial invoice, etc.). Final balance payment is made before or after shipment as agreed in the contract.
